Orthodontist

We're a growing pediatric dental practice in Glen Burnie that sees children and young adults from birth to 21. After four years of building a loyal patient base, we're ready to bring orthodontic care in-house. We're looking for an orthodontist to join us 1–2 days per month, with room to grow over time.

Compensation
$1,300 per day guaranteed, plus a percentage of collections as your patient volume grows. We're open to discussing the structure based on your experience.

What we're looking for

• DDS/DMD with a completed accredited orthodontic residency
• Active Maryland dental license, or eligible to obtain one
• Enjoys working with children and teens and is comfortable with early interceptive treatment
• A great communicator with patients and parents
• New graduates and experienced orthodontists welcome
