Are you an outgoing, motivated dental professional who loves building relationships with patients and helping them feel confident about their smile? We’re looking for an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our busy, growing practice!

Our orthodontic practice is connected to a thriving general dental practice, creating a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where there is always something happening. What You’ll Do

As our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in helping patients and families understand their orthodontic treatment options and feel confident moving forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and families and creating a warm, positive experience
• Conducting orthodontic consultations and treatment presentations
• Building relationships with patients and helping them understand their treatment options
• Discussing treatment plans, fees, financing, and insurance benefits
• Following up with prospective patients and helping convert consultations into starts
• Coordinating treatment schedules and next steps
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Working closely with the orthodontic and general dental teams
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey
• Contributing to a positive, energetic, and collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:

• Experienced: Minimum 2 years of dental/orthodontic experience, preferably in a treatment coordinator role
• Outgoing and personable: You genuinely enjoy talking with patients and building relationships
• Motivated: You’re driven to achieve goals and take ownership of your results
• Patient-focused: You understand that the patient experience comes first
• A team player: You enjoy collaborating and supporting your teammates
• Confident: You can comfortably discuss treatment, fees, financing, and next steps with patients
• Organized: You can manage multiple priorities in a busy practice
• Positive: You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to the team

Experience with Cloud9 orthodontic software is a plus!

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $26/hour, based on experience

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
