Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for the ideal patient experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support office, doctor, and team members
• Discussion of treatment plan and financials with patients/parents
• Follow up with exam referrals and completed exams.
• Makes/takes calls to confirm, problem solve, etc.
• Discussing dental benefits when applicable
• Sending pre-estimates and following up with patients
• Utilizing digital photos and radiographs when educating patients and discussing treatment
• Customer service
• Monitoring treatment plans and case acceptance maintaining excellent conversion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
