Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator and Front Office Dental Specialist

Our family-owned orthodontic practice is looking for a warm, confident, and personable Treatment Coordinator and Front Office Specialist who enjoys connecting with patients and helping them understand their orthodontic treatment options.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable discussing finances, explaining treatment in a clear and approachable way, and helping patients feel confident moving forward with care.

What You’ll Do

• Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, and patient portions
• Explain payment plans and financing options in a comfortable, non-pressure environment
• Help patients find practical ways to make treatment fit their budget
• Follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled treatment
• Build trust and increase treatment acceptance through education and follow-through
• Coordinate treatment details with doctors and the clinical team
• Maintain accurate financial notes, treatment estimates, and follow-up records
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients and families
• Assist with front reception, phone calls, dental insurance verifications and claims processing

• Intermediate knowledge of working with practice management systems
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Previous orthodontic, dental treatment coordination, insurance, or front-office experience is strongly preferred.

Willing to commute between two offices locations.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 42.0 per week
