What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated orthodontic customer service experience is required.
Travel: Reliable transportation and a strict willingness to travel to our local offices, including Carson City, as needed.
Communication: Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a vibrant, welcoming personality.
Mindset: A passion for learning, a love for teamwork and collaboration, and total alignment with our mission, vision, and core values.
Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines to prioritize the health of our team and patients.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
First Impressions: Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, greeting patients and families with legendary customer service.
Schedule & Coordination: Efficiently manage orthodontic scheduling, multi-line phones, and patient check-ins/check-outs across our high-energy front office.
Multi-Site Support: Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting front desk operations at our designated local clinics.
Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our clinical orthodontic assistants and doctors to ensure an excellent, timely patient experience.
