Mansfield Orthodontics is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Orthodontic Assistant or Dental Assistant who wants to learn, work hard, grow professionally, and help create an exceptional experience for our patients and families.

You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with patients, doctors, and teammates while developing skills in clinical assisting, digital scanning, x-rays, patient communication, scheduling, marketing, community outreach, OSHA/HIPAA systems, and more.

Responsibilities Include

• Assisting the doctor during orthodontic procedures
• Taking x-rays and digital scans, including iTero scans
• Preparing rooms and instruments for patient care
• Supporting excellent patient flow throughout the day
• Communicating with patients and families in a warm, professional way
• Helping with sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols
• Using Dolphin Management in our paperless practice
• Supporting scheduling, patient communication, and other front-office systems as needed
• Participating in team goals, training, and continued growth

Experience and Qualifications

Highly Preferred, but not required:

• 1+ year of orthodontic or dental assisting experience
• Dental x-ray certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience with iTero, Dolphin Management, or other dental software
• Comfort using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
