Orthodontic Assistant — Private Orthodontic Practice

Location: Escondido, CA
Part-Time | 24–32 hours per week | Monday–Wednesday required

We’re looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at a well-established private orthodontic practice in Escondido.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is an experienced orthodontic assistant who is confident in a clinical setting and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, but we are willing to train for the right candidate!

We would especially love to hear from candidates who are:

• Experienced in orthodontics
• An RDA and/or experienced Orthodontic Assistant (OA)
• Comfortable working with patients of all ages, particularly children and teens
• Warm, friendly, and genuinely patient-focused
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• A strong communicator who works well with others
• Positive, personable, and able to contribute to a great team atmosphere
• Detail-oriented and committed to doing things the right way
• Looking for a long-term home, rather than a short-term position

Schedule

We are looking for approximately 24–32 hours per week, with Monday–Wednesday required.

Additional hours/days may be available depending on the candidate and office needs.
