Operations Manager

Tomblyn Family Orthodontics is looking for a confident, organized, and hands-on Operations Manager to help oversee our team and daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing employees, keeping the team accountable, and handling day-to-day staffing and workplace issues.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage employee schedules
• Interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members
• Manage call-ins, attendance, time-off requests, and staffing coverage
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues
• Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
• Ensure office policies and expectations are consistently followed
• Assist with staff meetings and team communication
• Assist with inventory and ordering
• Work closely with doctors and leadership on staffing and operational needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable having difficult conversations when needed
• Excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills
• Dental, orthodontic, or healthcare experience preferred
• Multi-location management experience is a plus

We are looking for someone who can bring structure, consistency, accountability, and strong leadership to a growing practice.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
