Expectations

• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
• Take dental x-rays (x-ray certification required)
• Ensure patient comfort and provide chairside support
• Maintain accurate charting and patient records
• Manage clinical supplies and maintain an organized workspace
• Support smooth daily operations through teamwork
