Love Dentistry? Love to Travel? Ready for a Career That Challenges You?

Are you a Registered Dental Hygienist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys stepping outside your comfort zone?

Do you have the flexibility to travel across the country, adapt to new environments, and deliver exceptional patient care wherever you're needed?

Are you looking for an opportunity that offers more variety, new experiences, and the chance to make an impact beyond the walls of a traditional dental office?

If you're looking for something different, PopUp Smiles wants to meet you.

But let's be clear: This isn't your typical dental hygiene position.

Nationwide mobile dentistry requires adaptability, stamina, independence, and a strong commitment to patient care. Some days will be long. Schedules and locations may change. You'll work with different teams, encounter diverse patient populations, and be expected to maintain high clinical standards regardless of the environment.

It's a demanding role, and we're looking for professionals who are energized by that challenge.

For the right individual, this position offers the opportunity to expand clinical experience, travel to new destinations, develop professionally, and help bring quality dental care to communities across the country.

PopUp Smiles is an innovative mobile dental healthcare provider headquartered in Newport Beach, California. We bring comprehensive dental services directly to workplaces, schools, residential communities, and underserved areas nationwide.

Our mission is to make quality dental care more accessible by meeting patients where they are.

As we continue expanding our national footprint, we're building a team of dedicated dental professionals who believe exceptional care shouldn't be limited to a traditional dental office.

This is a nationwide traveling position requiring a significant commitment to travel.

Candidates must be comfortable with:

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to travel.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, remains dependable when schedules get busy, and understands that exceptional patient care requires consistency, professionalism, and teamwork.

Someone who sees unfamiliar environments as an opportunity to grow, not a reason to slow down.

This position isn't for everyone, and that's okay.

But if you're a dental professional who enjoys variety, embraces responsibility, and wants to be part of a growing organization doing dentistry differently, we'd love to hear from you.
