We are looking for a highly efficient, clinically strong Associate Dentist to join our dental practice in Lebanon, Tennessee on Saturdays only.

This is an ideal opportunity for a dentist who enjoys a busy schedule, high patient volume, and working efficiently without sacrificing quality of care.

The right dentist will:

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive dentistry while maintaining excellent clinical standards
• Be fast, efficient, and comfortable working at a high pace
• Be comfortable managing multiple columns and multiple patients throughout the day
• Have strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
• Be comfortable treating a high-volume patient base, including a large TennCare population
• Communicate well with patients and make them feel comfortable and respected
• Be dependable and committed to working every Saturday
• Be a team player who works well with assistants and the front office
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow practice protocols
• Be comfortable with a wide range of general dentistry procedures

The Practice

We are an established dental practice serving the Lebanon, TN community. Our practice requires a dentist who can thrive in a high-volume environment while still delivering excellent dentistry and patient care.

This is not a slow-paced, one-patient-at-a-time position. We are looking for someone who can move efficiently, utilize their team effectively, and confidently manage multiple columns while maintaining quality.

Schedule

Every Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

This is a Saturday-only position, making it an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to add an additional day to their schedule.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Tennessee dental license in good standing
• Current malpractice coverage
• Strong general dentistry skills
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable treating TennCare patients
