We’re looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to become Dr. Chamberlain’s right hand: a confident, dependable clinical partner who takes initiative and genuinely cares about people.

A meaningful role in a small team

You’ll work directly with Dr. Chamberlain in a practice offering general dentistry, IV sedation, dental implants, and CEREC same-day crowns. Your experience will help shape a prepared, organized clinical day and a comfortable patient experience.

What you’ll do

• Serve as Dr. Chamberlain’s primary chairside assistant.
• Anticipate procedure needs and prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies.
• Help organize clinical workflow and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Build patient confidence through attentive care and clear post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain thorough sterilization and infection-control practices.
• Perform radiography, digital scanning, and expanded duties within your training and qualifications.
• Set a dependable, professional example and support your teammates.

What makes you a strong fit

You have solid chairside dental assisting experience and are ready to take ownership of a lead role. You’re organized, punctual, and consistent. You notice what needs attention, follow through, and speak up when something needs clarification.

Most importantly, you combine clinical confidence with kindness. Patients feel comfortable with you, and your team knows they can count on you.

Appropriate training for dental radiography and assigned expanded functions is required. CEREC, digital scanning, implant, and sedation assisting experience are strong advantages. Candidates with advanced clinical skills and demonstrated lead-level capability will be considered for the upper end of the pay range.
