Duties

• Check patients in
• Confirm appointments
• Verify dental insurance
• Collect and calculate co payments
• Send out monthly statements to patients who have outstanding balances
• Educate patients on treatment options, costs, and financial policies with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Good team player with the ability to multi-task activities
• Exceptional patient service skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and empathetically
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards to protect patient privacy at all times
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in billing, coding, and documentation processes
