Boca Center Dental is hiring a General Dentist / Associate Dentist for our elevated, luxury dental practice in Boca Raton, Florida. We welcome experienced dentists and motivated new graduates with a DDS or DMD who are looking to provide exceptional patient care in a sophisticated, modern dental office.

Located in The Shops at Boca Center, our practice combines general dentistry, restorative dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry with an attentive, personalized patient experience. Full-Time and Part-Time Dentist Opportunities Available

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, oral health assessments, and diagnosis using appropriate dental X-rays and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop individualized dental treatment plans and explain treatment options to support informed patient decisions.
• Provide preventive dentistry and restorative dental treatment, including composite fillings, crowns, bridges, and other procedures within your training and clinical competence.
• Evaluate dental emergencies, manage urgent dental needs, and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
• Assess patients’ needs for cosmetic dentistry, tooth replacement, and ongoing periodontal care.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and long-term oral health.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, dental hygienists, and the front office team.
• Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation, and informed consent.
• Follow applicable Florida dental laws, patient privacy requirements, and infection control standards.
• Deliver attentive, personalized care consistent with our luxury dental practice.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active Florida dental license in good standing before beginning patient care.
• Current CPR/BLS certification appropriate for dental practice.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and treatment presentation skills.
• Commitment to ethical dentistry, patient safety, and quality care.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a dental team.
• Experienced General Dentists and Associate Dentists preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Clinical Experience

Experience in the following areas is welcome, based on your training and clinical scope:

• General dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning.
• Restorative dentistry, composite restorations, and crown and bridge treatment.
• Cosmetic dentistry, veneers, and teeth whitening.
• Dental implant restorations and removable prosthodontics.
• Clear aligner treatment, including Invisalign.
• Endodontic treatment and dental extractions.
• Digital dentistry and dental practice management software.
