Hygienist

We’re expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic, caring Dental Hygienist to join our growing private practice!

Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain patient oral health
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history reviews, ensuring safety and comfort
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to foster long-term health habits
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring accurate positioning and image quality for diagnosis
• Assist with infection prevention management by following strict aseptic techniques and maintaining sterilization protocols
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) in Open Dental, including medical/dental history and treatment notes

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
