Dental Assistant

Malla Dental Group is a growing, modern dental practice in Marion, Massachusetts. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Full-Time Dental Assistant who is passionate about excellent patient care and wants to grow with our team.

What You’ll Do

* Provide chairside assistance for general and multi-specialty dentistry

* Prepare operatories and maintain efficient patient flow

* Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation

* Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols

* Assist with inventory and clinical organization

* Deliver an exceptional patient experience

* Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and the front-office team

Technology & Procedures

Our practice offers opportunities to work with and learn:

* CEREC and same-day crowns

* Digital scanning

* Invisalign

* Oral surgery and implant dentistry

* CBCT imaging

* 3D printing

* Multi-specialty dentistry

What We’re Looking For

* Dental assisting experience strongly preferred

* Approximately 5 years of experience preferred; strong newer graduates considered

* Appropriate Massachusetts dental assisting credentials/certifications

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Dependable, positive, and team-oriented

* Comfortable learning new technology and clinical workflows

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
