We’re looking for a friendly, kind, and dependable Front Desk / Dental Assistant to join our privately owned dental practice in Westminster!

Our office is home to three dentists, a wonderful team, and truly great patients. We take pride in providing excellent patient care while creating a welcoming, positive, and supportive environment for both our patients and our team.

This position will be primarily front desk, with the opportunity to assist in the back office when needed for overflow or staff coverage. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Some previous dental experience preferred
• Dentrix experience is a plus
• Friendly, kind, and compassionate personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and a team player
• Comfortable working both at the front desk and assisting in the back office
• Someone who genuinely enjoys caring for patients and being part of a close-knit team

We are willing to train the right person in back-office responsibilities, including:

• Bringing patients back and reviewing health histories
• Sterilization and instrument processing
• Hygiene assisting
• Turning over and preparing rooms
• X-ray training and certification
• Providing additional back-office support and coverage as needed
