About Us:

East Side Smiles Dentistry is expanding in Nashville, and we're looking for a seasoned front desk professional who is passionate about customer service and creating outstanding patient experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team, contribute to a growing practice, and build a rewarding career in dentistry.

What we’ll offer you:

A compensation package, starting at $23-25/hour based on experience (Denticon prefered)
401K with a match
Full Time Schedule, Monday - Friday: 7:40 am - 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities:

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their entire dental experience.
Create efficient and patient-focused schedules that optimize appointment flow and provider productivity.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Work with insurance.
Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

1+ years experreince in a dental front office
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Dental operations
Denticon experience
Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
