• A compensation package, starting at 25 - $27 per hour based on experience
• Full-time Monday - Thursday schedule with flex time on Friday

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 6:45am-4:15pm (60 min lunch)
Friday: Flexible during 7:45am-12:15pm

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

• Meet and greet our patients both face to face and over the phone.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
• Collect payment at time of service.
• Navigate insurance and submit claims.
• Additional responsibilities as needed to support front office success.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience working in Dental
• Experience and comfort with dental insurance
• Demonstrated experience to met and exceed goals
• Experience collecting payments
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Dental operations
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice
