We are searching for: - FRONT DESK BUSINESS ASSISTANT/Insurance Coordinator

ABOUT THE POSITION: As one of the first team members to greet patients when they walk through the door or call to schedule an appointment by phone, present Tx. plan to patient Also, answering phone and be in contact with the referring GP dentist’s team. . You are a representation of the dental office. Excellent communication skills (written and oral), a friendly and helpful personality, and the ability to multi-task will make you a great candidate for this position !!

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Have at least 2 yr. experience in dental office or 2 years experience in customer service and marketing and very tech. savvy.

-Friendly, Energetic, Sociable, Motivated, Confident, Positive attitude

-Team player who wears a bright smile

-Extremely Reliable

-Great interpersonal verbal communication skills

-Caring to patients and team; Service-oriented; Able to multi-task well

-Professional in appearance; Well-articulated; Represent the office well

-Takes pride in work to help foster a great dental experience for patients and fellow team members

- working experience with Dentrix Ascend or a specialty dental office is a plus.

PAY:

Pay is commensurate with experience.
