Front Desk Receptionist

Welcome to Modern Smile Dentistry!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Office Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our quality dental practice. This position is full-time and requires someone who is a kind, gentle, caring, positive team player who is able to clearly communicate with a smile on their face.

We are a new and upcoming dental office in the heart of the Central Coast and seeking someone who's interested in being a long-term member of our growing family.

• Greeting patients, checking them in, them out, and making appointments.
• Insurance verification, billing, coordination of benefits
• Presenting treatment plans, making financial agreements, able to explain the treatments if patients have any questions.
• Presenting treatment plans & making financial arrangements with new & existing patients
• Answering phones, following up with patients,
• BONUS skills: bilingual (Spanish speaking), X-Ray license.
• Dental experience is required.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
