Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our Front Desk Team! Someone who is seeking a career and not just a job, who wants to be a part of an exceptional team and make a difference in our patients lifes. This is a pivotal role in our office and requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in all aspects of a dental office, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the navigator of our hygiene team and a vital part of our Front Desk Team.

Responsibilities

· Greet and assist patients with professionalism and kindness

· Manage incoming phone calls

· Schedule appointments

· Updating patient registration information

· Review insurance benefits

· Present treatment plans

· Collect and posting payments

· Data entry and record maintenance

· Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

· Support other administrative tasks as needed

Skills

· Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist or similar clerical role preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Experience with Dentrix or EagleSoft is required

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong time management and multitasking abilities

· Familiarity with calendar and office management practices

Work schedule Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
