Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Patient Coordinator with at least 2 years of patient service experience (dental or medical preferred). The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and have a warm and professional demeanor when interacting with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner

• Collect and verify patient information and health history

• Pull and verify dental insurance details

• Accurately enter patient data into our dental software

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries

• Support a smooth daily workflow for the front and back office

Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient-facing role (dental preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized

• Comfortable working with dental practice software (experience preferred, training available)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
