We are seeking a dedicated and professional Hygiene Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle appointment and inquiries via phone, email, text,or in-person with professionalism.
• Present treatment plans
• Utilize computer software.
• Collect patient co-pay
• Verify Insurance eligibility and get breakdowns.
• Call to confirm appointments and maintain a filled schedule.

Skills

• Treatment planning and presenting.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Dental Admin experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
