Front Office Coordinator – Pediatric Dental Practice

We're a growing pediatric dental office looking for a motivated, dependable, and friendly person to join our front office team!

What we're looking for:

• Dental or medical front office experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable answering phones, scheduling, and communicating with parents
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy office
• Someone who takes initiative, figures things out, and doesn't need constant direction
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys working with kids and families

There's also opportunity to grow into a leadership or office manager position for someone who shows initiative, reliability, and a willingness to take on more responsibility.

Competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 – 36.0 per week
