Part-Time Front Desk Associate

Join our growing dental practice and become an important part of our patient-focused team!

We are seeking a reliable, organized, energetic, and compassionate Front Desk Associate to join our busy practice on a part-time basis.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, works well under pressure, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while providing warm, professional service to every patient.

Our front desk team plays a vital role in creating a positive patient experience and keeping the practice running smoothly. Each day may include assisting patients in the office, answering phone calls, responding to emails and text messages, coordinating appointments, addressing insurance questions, updating charts, and supporting other administrative needs.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Greeting patients and assisting with check-in and check-out
  • Answering and managing a high volume of phone calls
  • Responding promptly and professionally to patient texts, emails, and other communications
  • Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating appointments
  • Verifying dental insurance and benefits
  • Auditing and updating patient charts
  • Collecting and posting payments
  • Answering patient questions about appointments, insurance, and treatment
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicating effectively with clinical team members
  • Helping keep the daily schedule organized and running efficiently
  • Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
  • Supporting other front-office and administrative tasks as needed

Dental or front-office experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong customer-service, administrative, medical-office, or related experience who are eager to learn and grow.

Pay will be based on experience. Starting at $15 per hour and adjusted for additional skills and/or experience.

Uniforms provided. Aflac Life Insurance & other policies available. 401K and monthly bonus opportunities available after meeting required period of time employed.

*Position is part-time; 2 days a week.

Monday 7am-6pm & Friday 7am-4pm

Schedule may vary based on needs of the business and holidays.

Office hours are: M-Th -7am-6pm, F-7am-3pm.
