Experienced Treatment Plan and Scheduler Front Desk

Location: Daly City, CA | Schedule: Monday to Thursday (3–4 days)

We’re seeking an Experienced Treatment Plan and Scheduler to join our family oriented practice. Must have at least 2 years of experience in presenting treatment plans and scheduling for production. Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create, present, and explain treatment plans to patients

-Schedule appointments to meet production goals

-Maintain excellent patient communication

-Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment collections before time of visit

Qualifications:

-2+ years experience in treatment planning and scheduling.

-Spanish speaking is a plus

-Positive, professional attitude and a reliable team player.

We are a family-oriented practice with one doctor for 4 days and one hygienist for 2 days.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
