Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are looking for a Experienced, skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! This is a full-time position . We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to creating a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups.
• Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to regulations.
• Assist the dentist with procedures, including four-handed dentistry.
• Perform lab tasks as instructed.
• Provide oral hygiene instructions and post-operative care guidance.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment area.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist with patient procedures and take iTero scans.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required.
• Proven experience as a dental assistant (preferred).
• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and infection control.
• Experience with Open Dental software (preferred).
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks (e.g., coronal polishing is a plus).
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Additional certifications or training (e.g., EFDA) are a plus.

• Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Experience: 2+ years in dental assisting (preferred)
• License/Certification: RDA License (Required)
• Work Location: In person
