We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment according to infection prevention protocols
• Take and develop dental X-rays using advanced digital imaging systems such Dexis, Dentrix.
• Operate dental equipment including 3D scanners (itero), dental x-ray machines, CBCT and other clinical tools with precision and safety
• Valid RDA license with 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in a fast-paced dental environment
• Proficiency in Dentrix; experience with patient management software is preferred
• Expertise in dental sterilization procedures, infection prevention management, and healthcare infection control practices
• Skilled in chairside assisting for general dentistry as well as specialized areas like endodontics, orthodontics.
• Excellent understanding of medical documentation standards and medical records management
• Ability to maintain clinical confidentiality policies while delivering compassionate patient care in a professional manner

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33.0 – 36.0 per week
