About Our Office:

We are a fun, fast-paced pediatric dental office dedicated to creating positive experiences for children and families. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and team-oriented Front Desk employee who loves working with children, thrives in a busy environment, and is passionate about customer service and patient care.

Position Summary:

This position plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while helping families feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door. The ideal candidate is upbeat, dependable, detail-oriented, and confident handling insurance processes, patient accounts, and front office communication.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and parents with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Answer phones and assist families with scheduling appointments
• Review patient ledgers and help maintain accurate account balances
• Discuss financial responsibilities and treatment estimates with parents
• Maintain organized patient records and update insurance information
• Coordinate communication between clinical team members, parents, and insurance companies
• Help maintain a positive, high-energy office atmosphere focused on exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Support daily office flow and contribute to a strong team culture
• Previous dental front office and insurance experience required
• Pediatric dental experience is a plus
• Knowledge of PPO insurance plans
• Experience auditing and managing patient accounts
• Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
