Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator

Full-Time | $60,000+ Potential Compensation

Arlington Dental Center is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator with a proven ability to present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and achieve strong case acceptance.

This is a results-driven position with base pay plus performance bonuses tied to case acceptance. Successful coordinators can earn $60,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans confidently and professionally
• Explain insurance benefits, costs, financing and payment options
• Convert recommended treatment into accepted and scheduled care
• Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment
• Track case acceptance and treatment opportunities
• Build strong patient relationships and address financial concerns

Qualifications

• Prior dental treatment coordinator experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to achieve strong case acceptance
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financing
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills
• Dental software and insurance experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Work schedule is Tue-Sat, 8 am - 5 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
