Your Clermont Dentist is seeking a friendly, reliable Experienced Dental Assistant to join our private, non-corporate practice in Clermont, FL. We’re building something special—a modern, community-focused dental home where every team member plays a meaningful role in delivering top-quality, compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and break down operatories efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
• Perform basic laboratory tasks such as making impressions and fabricating temporary crowns.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clean, organized workspaces
• Take digital X-rays and update patient records in our digital system
• Support front office as needed and be a key player in creating a smooth patient experience

Who We’re Looking For

• Florida Dental Assistant with radiography certification (Required)
• EFDA certification
• Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital workflows
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care
• A team player who wants to grow with a startup practice
