Experienced Dental Assistant

We are currently seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to become part of our team. Responsibilities:

• Support the dentist during exams and various procedures
• Set up, clean, and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
• Capture and develop dental X-rays (radiographs)
• Accurately document patient records and treatment details
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and aftercare instructions
• Follow all infection control and safety guidelines
• Monitor inventory and assist with maintaining smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of dental assisting experience
• Valid Dental Assistant certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and chairside support
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Professional demeanour with great attention to detail
• Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
