We are a progressive, high-end private dental practice in West Hills with a whole-body, integrative approach to oral health. Our practice is in an exciting stage of growth, and we are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant/RDA who has a growth mindset and wants to grow with us.

We combine advanced technology with both traditional and integrative approaches to dentistry. Quality is valued over quantity, and communication, patient education, attention to detail, and an exceptional patient experience are at the center of how we practice.

We are not a traditional, high-volume dental office.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with 3–5+ years of dental assisting experience, preferably in a high-end private practice.

RDA is preferred, and RDAEF candidates are encouraged to apply.

Clinical experience is important—but we’re looking for more than technical ability.

The right person will be:

Front-office experience is a plus, but it is not required.

More Than Chairside Assisting

This is a four-day-per-week position that combines excellent clinical assisting with additional responsibilities that support our patients, team, systems, and continued practice growth.

Depending on experience and strengths, responsibilities may include:

● Experienced chairside assisting

● Anticipating the doctor’s needs during treatment

● Patient education and communication

● Clinical and treatment-room organization

● Lab work and case coordination

● Preparing and organizing upcoming cases

● Sterilization and infection-control systems

● Inventory management and ordering

● Supporting advanced technology and clinical systems

● Developing and improving practice protocols and workflows

● Coordinating and following through on assigned responsibilities

● Supporting the team and patient experience throughout the practice

We aren’t looking for someone who limits themselves to “that’s not my job.”

Schedule & Compensation

Four-day workweek

There is also the potential for one Saturday per month in the future as the practice continues to grow.

Compensation: $30-35.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.

Exceptional candidates with advanced qualifications, including RDAEF, may be considered at a higher compensation level.
