Small, doctor-led cosmetic and family practice in Kansas City is hiring a full-time dentist. We will take a strong associate. We will also offer equity to the doctor who wants to own.

The founder built this practice and is retiring. He is looking for a successor—someone who can take a chair, lead with the remaining doctor, and eventually own what he built. If you want a high-quality associate seat in a boutique office, apply. If you want to become the owner, say so.

Two ways in

• Associate: Full-time clinical role in a small cosmetic-focused private practice. Not a DSO floor. Not 30–40 patients a day.
• Owner / successor: Equity ownership is available. The founder is retiring and wants a leader who will protect the patient base and the reputation he built.

You do not have to decide on day one. Start as associate; talk ownership once both sides have seen the fit.

The practice

• 6 operatories total: 4 doctor ops + 2 hygiene ops
• After the founder retires: 2 dentists in the 4 doctor ops, 2 hygienists in the 2 hygiene ops
• Boutique private practice — room to work, not a 15–20 op box and not a 4-chair squeeze
• Cosmetic-forward general dentistry in an established Kansas City neighborhood
• Relationship-driven patient base, not a high-volume clinic

Two doctors and four doctor chairs is the model: you are not stacked on top of each other, and hygiene has its own two rooms.

Schedule (full-time, 4 days)

• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Monday or Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Weekends closed

Early-out days plus one later midweek shift. Built for a doctor who wants a real week, not 50 hours of chair time.

Clinical scope Comprehensive general dentistry with a cosmetic emphasis: esthetic restorative, veneers and smile design, crowns, whitening, and everyday family care. Bring the skills you have. The remaining doctor and the founder (through transition) will talk mentorship and case-selection standards so the practice stays at the level patients expect.

• Missouri-licensed (or license in process) general dentist
