We are hiring a skilled general dentist who wants to practice advanced, comprehensive dentistry — not a limited-scope associate seat, and not a startup book.

You step into a full schedule in a high-capacity rural office that already has the hygiene engine, the rooms, and the patient flow.

The job Full-time general dentist. You are expected to work at a high clinical level: complex restorative, surgery, endo, implants / implant restorations as your training allows, removable, and the comprehensive treatment plans a rural family practice actually needs. Mentorship and case-sharing with three doctors already in the office.

This is for a dentist who is already comfortable being busy — or a strong, skilled doctor who wants volume and breadth instead of a slow suburban ramp.
