Dentist - Associate

Experienced Associate Dentist – Part-Time (2 Days/Week + Opportunity for Additional Days)

We are an established dental practice looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, experienced dentist who is looking for a long-term position in a well-established practice without committing to a full-time schedule. The position will begin at 2 days per week, with the opportunity to add additional days based on mutual interest and practice needs.

Compensation

• Percentage of collections
• Compensation structure designed to reward productivity and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of clinical dental experience required
• Current and unrestricted dental license
• Strong general dentistry skills
• Confident in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
• Able to work independently while being part of a collaborative practice
• Reliable, professional, and interested in developing long-term relationships with patients

Schedule

• 2 days per week to start
• Potential for additional days
• Specific days can be discussed based on availability
