We are looking for a bilingual Spanish candidate who is reliable, punctual, and a focused professional. If you are an amiable individual who possesses excellent speaking in Spanish and English and can maintain composure and professionalism, then you are who we are looking for to join our growing team!

Our candidate must have outstanding patient care abilities and the skill to multitask with a positive attitude. As the first face when people walk through the door and the first voice heard when people call in for more information, we look to our candidate to have a professional appearance and continually be proactive in creating a pleasant atmosphere for our patients in person and over the phone.

Additional day-to-day job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Entering correct patient and insurance information into existing and new patient accounts
• Verifying insurance
• Manage patient check-ins/outs
• Recording all financial discussions with patients and appropriately documenting patient charts
• Answer incoming calls
• Contacting patients by phone
• Make patient appointments & follow-ups
• Manage medical records
• Assist w/administrative tasks
• Fax and scan data
• Process payments and invoicing
• Handle billing/account-related questions
• Submitting claims daily
• Running daily End-of-Day reports

Experience:

• Dental: 3 years

Language:

• English & Spanish (Required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
