Dental Treatment Coordinator

About the Role
Revive Periodontics and Implants is a fast-growing specialty practice serving the south metro. Every day, our patients make decisions about care that will change their oral health, their confidence, and sometimes their overall health. As our Patient Treatment Coordinator, you'll guide them through that decision with warmth and confidence, and you'll stay with them all the way to surgery day.

You'll also enjoy a schedule rarely found in dentistry: done by 3 PM, Mondays end at noon, and no evenings or weekends.

What You'll Do

• Present treatment plans so patients understand their procedures, sequencing, and expected outcomes
• Present costs clearly and walk patients through payment and financing options (CareCredit, Cherry)
• Work with our billing team to verify insurance benefits and estimate out-of-pocket costs
• Schedule every appointment tied to the treatment plan, from consult to follow-up
• Work the unscheduled treatment list to turn pending cases into booked appointments
• Serve as each patient's single point of contact, including pre-op and post-op instructions
• Keep referring dental offices updated on shared patients
• Maintain accurate case notes in Open Dental
• Support the front desk with phones, check-in, and checkout when the team needs a hand

What You Bring

• 2+ years of treatment coordination experience in a dental, oral surgery, or medical practice (required)
• Proven comfort presenting treatment costs, handling objections, and closing cases
• Working knowledge of dental insurance and patient financing
• A warm, confident communication style in person and on the phone
• Strong organization and follow-through across many active cases
• Specialty practice experience (periodontics, oral surgery, implants), plus Open Dental and Weave experience, preferred

Schedule

• Monday: 6:45 AM – 12:00 PM
• Tuesday–Thursday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay & Benefits

• $25–30/hour, based on experience
• Performance bonus based on treatment closure, up to $5,000 annually
