Treatment Coordinator (Sales-Focused) – Dental Office

We are a busy, growing general dental practice seeking a Treatment Coordinator with strong sales and communication skills. This role focuses on presenting and closing high-value treatment plans (often $40,000+), following up with leads, and scheduling consultations.

Dental experience is a plus but NOT required. We are primarily looking for someone with a background in consultative or high-ticket sales who is comfortable discussing finances and guiding patients through big decisions.

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive dental treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Build rapport and increase case acceptance
• Discuss payment and financing options
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending cases
• Manage and follow up with marketing leads
• Schedule consultations and track conversions
• Work closely with doctors and leadership to improve results

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (medical, aesthetic, luxury, real estate, or similar)
• Comfortable with large financial conversations
• Strong phone and follow-up skills
• Organized, goal-driven, and professional
• Dental experience a plus but not required (training provided)
