Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our office is GROWING and we are looking for a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to join our dental work family. We strive to provide an honest, compassionate approach to dentistry.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:40 AM - 5 PM

(Thursday hours change in May through the first Thursday in October; hours are 6:40 AM - 2 PM)

Possible one Friday per month : 7:40 AM - 12 PM

Dental Treatment Coordinator Qualifications:

-Dental Office Experience: One year required

-Open Dental Dental Software: Preferred

-Desire to make every patient's experience "rave worthy"

-Proven ability to clearly explain treatment plans and help navigate insurance and financial arrangements.

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Computer savvy

-Capable of keeping up with a high-pace office

-A willingness to grow, learn, and try new things

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-Support and align daily operations with the core purpose and values of the practice.

-Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and concise manner

-Present financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say "yes"

-Calculate and collect co-payments at time of service

-Manage provider schedules to maximize productivity while protecting excellent patient care

-Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails/correspondence, in a timely and professional manner

-Greet patients, manage hygiene recall, confirm appointments handle billing, verify insurance benefits, and schedule appointments.

-Educate patients regarding their treatment plans, answer questions, and guide them through financial considerations

Salary: Based upon experience

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 – 36.0 per week
