We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient-first attitude, and the ability to confidently explain treatment plans, costs, and financing options.

The Treatment Coordinator will serve as an important connection between our clinical team and patients, helping patients understand their recommended treatment and feel comfortable moving forward with their dental care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and build strong relationships with patients.
• Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner.
• Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, estimated patient portions, and financing options.
• Help patients understand the importance and benefits of completing recommended treatment.
• Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-up visits.
• Work closely with dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and front-office team members.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
