Dental Surgical Assistant for Oral Surgery

Summary

Busy Oral Surgery Office in Novi looking for a Full-time, experienced Surgical Assistant. Our office is a single practitioner full scope practice.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Surgical room preparation, assisting multiple different procedures, instrument sterilization, routine equipment maintenance, inventory management, some light housekeeping.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dental assisting or surgical assistance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Experience with dental software, particularly WinOMS is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• X-ray certification (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
