Full-Time Dental Receptionist

Our North Aurora dental practice is seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who learns quickly, communicates well, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a busy dental office.

Schedule

This position is Monday through Thursday with a few Fridays a month. Candidates must have flexibility in their schedule based on the needs of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions
• Schedule patient appointments
• Manage cancellations, schedule changes, and rescheduling
• Collect co-payments and patient balances
• Verify and update patient information
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team members
• Assist with front desk and general administrative duties
• Learn and follow office policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months of dental reception experience or six months of medical reception experience
• Experience scheduling patients using dental or medical scheduling software
• Computer savvy and comfortable using computers, office equipment, electronics, and digital systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
• Professional and friendly attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
