Dental Receptionist

We’re Hiring! Office Coordinator

Beyond Dentistry ATX is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Coordinator to join our team!

If you have general dental experience, enjoy working with patients, and love being part of a great team, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Insurance verification
• Treatment and financial discussions
• Posting payments
• Patient communication and follow-up
• Helping keep the office running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has general dental experience (required)
• Is friendly, professional, and dependable
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Has great communication skills

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
