What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator who is team-oriented, professional, and enthusiastic
• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Experience in dental front office or call center preferred
• Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, all-digital office
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
• Dental office experience a plus
• Bilingual- Spanish/English
• Experience with Dental Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
• Assist patients with scheduling, insurance questions, and treatment planning
• Handle incoming calls and support our call center team
• Coordinate patient flow and maintain a smooth schedule
• Promote a welcoming environment consistent with our core values
