Dental Office Treatment Coordinator

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the first and last impression for every patient. You'll manage schedules across multiple providers, guide patients through treatment plans and financial decisions, and keep daily operations running smoothly. This role calls for both warmth and confidence someone who genuinely cares about patients and can communicate the value of their care clearly and compassionately.

What you'll do

• Coordinate scheduling for multiple providers, proactively filling gaps and managing cancellations
• Handle patient check-in, checkout, and payment collection with confidence and professionalism
• Present treatment plans clearly and guide patients through financial options, including third-party financing
• Confidently guide financial conversations, you understand the value of care and can communicate professionally
• Collaborate with our insurance coordinator to ensure accurate billing and a smooth financial experience for patients
• Navigate difficult situations and resolve patient concerns with care
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless handoffs and a consistent patient experience

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience in dental, medical, or customer-facing service
• A confident, compassionate communicator who can guide financial conversations with clarity and ease
• Someone who stays grounded under pressure and handles conflict with professionalism and grace
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financing solutions (CareCredit, Cherry, or similar)
• Open Dental software experience is a plus, but not required
• A team player who brings organization, warmth, and positivity to every interaction

Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Fridays 6:30am-3:30pm (You would work a four day schedule based on these times)

Salary: Starting at $22.00 per hour DOE with the following benefits
