Dental Office Treatment Coordinator/ Assistant

WE’RE HIRING! — DENTAL FRONT OFFICE / TREATMENT COORDINATOR & BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT

We are looking for an energetic, positive, motivated dental professional to join our team!

We want someone who brings great energy to the office, enjoys connecting with patients, and can confidently motivate patients to move forward with the dental care they need.

Position: Front Office / Treatment Coordinator & Back Office Assistant
Location: West Los Angeles
Full-Time

• Confident presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
• Excellent at patient communication and follow-up
• Organized, dependable and able to multitask
• A strong team player who is willing to help wherever needed
• Comfortable assisting in the front AND back office
• Experienced in a dental office
• Professional, polished and compassionate with patients

Responsibilities may include:

• Treatment plan presentation and case acceptance
• Scheduling and patient follow-up
• Insurance verification and coordination
• Answering phones and communicating with patients
• Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements
• Helping maintain a productive schedule
• Chairside assisting and supporting the clinical team as needed
• Creating a warm, upbeat and welcoming patient experience
