Dental Office: Practice Manager

We are a private, fee for service dental practice with an amazing team! We are looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Manager who can to connect with patients and provide a welcoming first impression, going above and beyond to exceed our patients needs!

Candidate must have superb communication skills and demonstrate strong organizational skills. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and delivering elevated customer experiences! We are looking for someone who algins with our exceptional practice standards.

• Must demonstrate strong customer service skills!
• Experience managing a productive schedule
• Experience with insurance: verification, filing claims, understanding dental eobs
• Responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling, insurance verification, presenting treatment plans, posting payments, financial arrangements, checking patients in and out, AR, filing claims and appeals, and other duties as needed
• Must be articulate and have confidence in talking about treatment and collecting money from patients
