EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!

Dr. Awad is looking for a dental office manager for her small private practice.

Pay Starting $22-$25++ an Hr based on experience with Billing, Scheduling and Patient workflow.

We Currently accept No Medicaid, are all digital and use dental exchange or portals.

WE ARE OPEN:

MONDAY 9:00-5:00

WEDNESDAY 7:00-5:00

THURSDAY 7:00-5:00

ONE SATURDAY A MONTH 9:00-2:00.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and provide them with necessary information regarding their appointments.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our scheduling software.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Process patient intake forms and update medical histories as needed.
• Handle billing inquiries and assist with insurance verification
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of care plans in collaboration with dental professionals.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming for all patients.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental clinic is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff members.
